ELIMINATION PROTOCOL
Ten players enter. One of them hit the jackpot — but nobody knows who. Not even them.
  1. Players get picked from chat and put up on the board as suspects
  2. Clues drop — some are real, some are fake (AI hallucinations designed to mess with you)
  3. Chat guesses who the winner is — but guess wrong too many times and you’re eliminated
  4. Everyone votes on who they think won the jackpot
  5. If the majority is right — the winner gets the prize, and correct voters get entered into a drawing
  6. If the majority is wrong — the person they picked AND everyone who voted for them gets eliminated
THE TWIST

Getting eliminated doesn’t mean you’re out.

Eliminated players form The Collective. They get one group guess per round. If they guess correctly — THE ROUND FLIPS. They disrupt everything and claw their way back in.

If BOTH groups guess correctly? BONUS ROUND.

It’s not luck. It’s social deduction. Trust the clues, read the room, and don’t get played by the AI.
